So who are we?
Founded in 1995, Cascade is a theatre company and registered charity
employing up to twenty talented individuals with an Arts and Theatre
background and trained in group work, facilitation skills and training
techniques. We are passionate about personal and professional
development, and we never stop learning ourselves –
Cascade members are constantly re-training and developing new skills.
Based in Cornwall, we work throughout the United Kingdom.
And what do we do?
We research, write and present arts-based work relevant to your stated
needs, bringing you a unique blend of drama, psychology and sheer,
It can involve workshops, plays, films, sketches, training programmes…
It can involve anyone and everyone …
from Social Services and conferences to private companies,
from the homeless to captains of industry and business clubs
from GPs and dentists to school children and County Councils.
How does it work?
Cascade workshops and training sessions provide theatre-based
techniques specifically chosen to enable you to work towards whatever
goal you have set.
The goal can be anything from customer care to staff motivation,
from personal development to team building or from better interviewing
techniques to conflict resolution and enhanced communication.
In other words, the issues that affect every individual, business or organisation.
Everything we do is aimed at helping people to unleash their full potential
and we get results. All this in a supportive, fun environment where you’ll be
learning without even realising it.
No embarrassment, no discomfort, just an inspiring way to make positive
changes to your life.
People who participate in Cascade workshops say some great
'After a half-day workshop with Cascade, I definitely work in a different, better way. We did all kinds of exercises that were about learning to communicate well with colleagues, team building and conflict management; we all came away armed with some great techniques that really do make a difference. That was a couple of months ago, and people in the office are still talking about it now, they had such a good time.'
